Mr. Riley is an active professional consultant who amongst other projects enjoys delivering value to Canadian    entrepreneurs through systematic Strategic Planning, Objective Execution and sustained coaching & mentoring.

 Wesley Paterson, CMC® is known for his expertise as both a ‘practical’ & ‘insightful’ consultant, coach and trusted advisor. He creates dramatic improvement in performance and productivity for the clients he serves. Eli Latak, BEng., MBB serves as the Second Vice Chair of MCCNA.  His leadership focus is on optimizing human capital, materials, and equipment to reduce costs and increase efficiency. He is a passionate advocate for knowledge-sharing, whom frequently speaks at Lean and Smart Manufacturing conferences on topics such as TOC integration.
